Terms of Service

1. Who may use HeroForge

HeroForge is designed to be used by a parent or legal guardian together with their child. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to create an account. The account belongs to the parent or guardian, who is responsible for supervising their child's use of the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. What HeroForge provides

HeroForge provides short, daily character-development sessions for a parent and child to do together, along with related features such as progress tracking and a parent questionnaire. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

The content is for general character-development and family-conversation purposes. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you have concerns about your child's wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. When you subscribe:

• The plan, price, and duration are shown to you before you pay.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider (Moyasar). We do not store your card details.
• Current plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period (for example, one month or three months) and do not renew automatically unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• Access to paid content lasts for the period of the plan you purchased.

Prices may change over time; any change will apply to future purchases, not to a plan you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

If something goes wrong or you are not satisfied, contact us at support@myheroforge.com and we will do our best to make it right. We handle refund requests reasonably and on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is issued, it is returned through the original payment method.

6. Acceptable use

Please use the Service as intended. You agree not to:

• Share your account or resell access to the Service
• Copy, distribute, or republish HeroForge's content (stories, illustrations, games, and text) outside the Service
• Attempt to break, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

HeroForge's content and materials are our property and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your subscription gives you a personal, limited right to use them within the Service for your family — not to own or redistribute them.

7. Your content

Any information you enter (such as your child's first name, age, and questionnaire answers) remains yours. You grant us permission to use it only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may occasionally need to pause the Service for maintenance or updates. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

9. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being misused. If we close your account without cause during a paid period, we will refund the unused portion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HeroForge is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email, and update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
